Deposit & General Cancellation conditions
At the time of booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price. The deposit must be paid within 7 days. If a deposit is not paid on time, the contracting party may withdraw from the accommodation contract without granting a grace period.
Cancellations are only possible in writing and will be charged as follows:
Over Christmas and New Year’s Eve, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival.
Later cancelation, no-show or early departure will be charged 100% of the room price.
